1. Services Provided
Enterests provides online CRM and project management software designed to help businesses manage customer relationships and projects efficiently.
2. Service Levels
We strive to provide the highest level of service, including:
- Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% availability, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Response Time: Support requests will be responded to within 1 hour
- Resolution Time: Issues will be resolved within 4 hour
3. Data Security and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data. Our security measures include:
- Access Controls: Restricted access to authorized personnel only.
- Regular Security Audits: Periodic audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Upon termination of services, we will provide your data in a mutually agreed-upon format and securely delete all your data from our systems.
4. Client Responsibilities
Payment
Clients are responsible for making timely payments for the services provided. Billing is conducted monthly in advance, with payments due on the 1st day of each month.
Service Suspension
If payments are not made on time:
- First Reminder: A soft reminder will be sent 7 days after the due date.
- Second Reminder: A second soft reminder will be sent 14 days after the due date.
- Final Reminder: A final reminder with a warning of service suspension will be sent 21 days after the due date.
- Service Suspension: If payment is not received within 7 days after the final reminder, Enterests reserves the right to suspend services until all outstanding payments are made.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Enterests are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, setup fees, and any other charges.
6. Proprietary Rights
The Client acknowledges that Enterests retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the software and any associated code. Under no circumstances will Enterests share or transfer any software code, including but not limited to source code, to the Client.
7. Term and Termination
- Term: The agreement commences upon subscription and continues on a month-to-month basis.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed during the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
